GENERAL INFORMATION ON DATA PROCESSING SCOPE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
We generally process our users’ personal data only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website, as well as our content and services. This includes data entered into the contact form and membership application form. These data are used solely for contact purposes or membership management.
CONTACT/MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION FORM
Data transmitted via the contact/membership application form, including your contact details, are stored to process your inquiry or address follow-up questions. These data will not be disclosed without your consent. The processing of data entered into the contact/membership application form is based exclusively on your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). You may revoke your consent at any time. An informal notification via email is sufficient for revocation. The legality of data processing operations carried out prior to revocation remains unaffected. Data transmitted via the contact/membership application form will remain with us until you request deletion, revoke your consent to storage, or the purpose for data storage no longer applies. Mandatory legal provisions – particularly retention periods – remain unaffected.
STORAGE DURATION
Unless a more specific retention period is stated in this privacy policy, your personal data will remain with us until the purpose for processing the data no longer applies. If you assert a legitimate request for deletion or revoke consent to data processing, your data will be deleted unless we have other legally permissible grounds for retaining it (e.g., tax or commercial law retention periods). In the latter case, deletion occurs after these reasons no longer apply.
LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
Where we obtain consent for processing personal data, Art. 6 (1) (a) EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) serves as the legal basis.
COOKIES
Our website currently uses only Google Analytics 4 for data collection. More details on Google Analytics 4 are in the next section. The following section remains in this privacy policy to minimize future updates if additional cookies are introduced:
Our website uses so-called “cookies” (currently only technically necessary cookies & Google Analytics 4 – without collecting personal data). Cookies are small text files that do not harm your device. They are stored either temporarily for the duration of a session (session cookies) or permanently (permanent cookies) on your device. Session cookies are automatically deleted after your visit. Permanent cookies remain until you delete them or your browser automatically removes them.
Cookies may originate from us (first-party cookies) or third-party companies (third-party cookies). Third-party cookies enable the integration of specific services from third-party companies within websites (e.g., cookies for payment processing).
Cookies serve various functions. Many are technically necessary, as certain website features would not work without them (e.g., shopping cart or video display). Others may analyze user behavior or serve advertising purposes.
Cookies required for electronic communication, to provide functions you request (e.g., for the contact form), or to optimize the website (e.g., cookies for audience measurement) are stored based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, unless another legal basis applies. The website operator has a legitimate interest in storing necessary cookies to ensure technically error-free and optimized services. If consent for cookies or similar technologies is requested, processing occurs exclusively based on this consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and § 25 (1) TTDSG); consent may be revoked at any time.
You can configure your browser to notify you about cookie settings, allow cookies only in specific cases, block cookies generally, or enable automatic deletion upon closing the browser. Disabling cookies may limit website functionality.
Details on cookies and services used on this website can be found in this privacy policy.
GOOGLE ANALYTICS 4
Our website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service by Google LLC (“Google”). Google Analytics 4 uses only anonymized cookies to collect information. It also employs machine learning and other technologies to gather and analyze data.
The information Google Analytics 4 collects about your website usage is anonymized and cannot personally identify you. Anonymized data is transmitted to and stored by Google.
Google uses this information to evaluate website usage, compile activity reports, and provide other services related to website and internet usage.

– Server request time
– IP address
This data is not merged with other data sources.
Collection is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of its website, requiring server log files.

– Request access to your personal data we process, per Art. 15 GDPR.
– Request correction or completion of inaccurate personal data we hold, per Art. 16 GDPR.
– Request deletion of your personal data we hold, per Art. 17 GDPR.
